Im am renting a house that is in defalt/foreclosure. I found a notice on my door that it is going to action.?
One week after I moved in to my new rental a notice of action was posted on my door. I tryed to call the company that was holding the action, left many messages never was called back. The landloard never called back either. I am wondering what to do about this since the action date has already past and nobody has notified me. And how long could I stay in the house before moving again. What are my options?
The mortgagee (lender) must honor all existing leases. You don’t have to vacate until your lease expires.
