My house is in foreclosure!?
If the bank is auctioning my house off on july 13,09 do you know how long we will have before we have to be out? I mean do we have to be out before the day they auction it off? We live in Alabama
No, you do not have to be out.
The new owner (presumably the lender) has to go through a legal eviction process that takes time. I would guess a minimum of 6 weeks and usually a bit longer.
