All the banks were helped by the government, what if anything will be done to those who lost homes and jobs?
By that I mean there are thousands of families who lost their homes to foreclosure before the government decided or realized the problem. You were eager to help the big banks, who if anyone helps the what seems to be the forgotten little people?
The banks were helped to prevent this country from suffering even further financial losses. No way did President Obama know that the banks would sit on their money and not lend to the American people who bailed them out.
And many lost their homes because of unsavory practices by Wall Street and because many were living above their means.
And jobs were lost because corporations have discovered that they can get productivity out of one employee who can do the job of five and yet only receive one paycheck.
The bottom line: Greed is the problem to all of America’s ills.
And I don’t think anything can be done about those who lost their homes and jobs. Lessons must be learned here.
