Which foreclosure website provides the best data?
I’m looking to buy a 2nd home in a different state, and I’m searching for a good website that lists foreclosure properties. I’m considering different parts of the country, and would like to use a service that provides information on foreclosures nationwide. I know there are a few out there… is there one that’s better than the rest?
I personally don’t like these sites they tend to charge high fees. If you want to buy foreclosures I would recommend finding an agent that deals with banks and leveraging there time. This is the only time I would recommend an agent.
