How do I buy a house in a decent part of the south bay with 0%down and not perfect credit?
There has to be a way to buy a detached home without a down payment and not great credit. I’d really appreciate any serious responses. And the house doesn’t have to be big, small is ok as long as it is in a decent neighborhood with no major issues such as structural, ect.
The market it is really slow now so you can get a motivated seller to pay all your upfront cost. If you need the seller can usually cover 3 to 5 % down but may raise house price slighty. A realitor can do all the work for you they get paid buy seller at closing.
