Have you ever sold a house without a realtor?
There is no equity in our home to pay a realtor so we must try to sell on our own. Just looking for some tips or refererence books I could buy. We are in Texas. Thanks.
How much money did you collect as good faith money?
I am currently doing this though I paid $400 to go through a forsalebyownernetwork that would list it online and in a monthly magazine they put out as well as give me a selling kit with legal docs and advice. I collected no good faith money at last night’s purchase agreement signing.
