co foreclosure laws
help on my home going into foreclosure?
i became totally disabled to work, mortgage co would not work with me now home in in foreclosure due to sell 1/2/07 have been told there is a federal law that you can file for an injuction for 30 to stop foreclusure. help where can i find it. need the info yesterday. and no i did not wait to the last minute been trying everything and anything beg borrow to stay in my home. please help

It really varies by state. I found other injunctions that are in place in Florida, etc.

Another word of advice: you may want to file bankruptcy. A bankruptcy will be considerably less hazardous to your credit – in terms of obtaining another home loan that is – and you can hold onto the house.
