Do you need a license to do property preservation in Florida?

I am thinking about getting the program for http://www.cleanoutsuccess.com , its the best value ive found and looks good. But I am not sure about licensing in Florida to do foreclosure trash outs and property preservation?

You only need a general contractors license and a bond.
