Loan work-outs and credit scores?
We were in foreclosure with the bank and have since had a loan-workout. We are keeping the home and making all payments per the work out. Will the time that we were in foreclosure status affect my credit? If so, will it hurt it as bad as if we were to lose the house? how long until we can build ourselves back up?
