Does land contract foreclosure require court in ny?

I received a notice of foreclosure on my home which I bought under land contract. I called the owner and said I have the back amount owed but he said he’s selling it off anyway. He wont accept my money and wont answer calls now. I can’t afford the remaining balance of 65000 in a month. Will I be able to remedy the payments in court or will there even be a proceedings? It was filed and I live in NY.

As soon as you were late with a payment the contract voided.

You are a renter and you are simply evicted for breaking the contract, there is no foreclosure.
