How many days do they usually give you to vacate a house if in foreclosure?
I’ve been told by the lawyers that they will foreclose on my house June 1st. They will sell the house at the door of the courthouse that morning. If someone buys the house on June 1st, how many days do they give you till you have to move?
I buy houses at the courthouse. If I bought it on June 1st, I would be there in the afternoon with a drill to remove the locks. If someone was living there (Which is now my property) I would simply show the officer my receipt and he would escort you off the premises. The items in the houses are usually donated to charity.
You need to get out asap. As of June 1st you will be a trespasser.
