Help with buying a foreclosure?
I have found a great foreclosure deal on fanniemae.com that I am QUITE interested in buying. However, I have tried to contact two realtors so far, both requiring 2 emails before so much as a RESPONSE to my email. Neither had any sign of professionalism in their email and I cannot see myself coming to any sort of desired conclusion working with them.
I am getting fed up with realtors and I am wondering if there is any way I can buy this foreclosed property from Fannie Mae without a realtor getting in my way.
