foreclosure in georgia
I a lanlord loses a house to foreclosure, how long do tenants have to move . Auctioned right away.?

When the house is sold. It no longer belongs to the original owner. The new owner will want compensation. If you cannot reach a deal with the new owner they will initiate eviction proceedings. You have no legal right to occupy the property, and are considered a squatter.
In TX you can move someone out within 10 days through the eviction process. I am not sure how long it takes in GA.
