foreclosure remedies
What do you see our country looking like in 5 years?
All these stories on foreclosures and lay-offs are starting to freak me out. We just bought a new home for half the price it would have cost a few years back, both have good jobs that (at least to us) are stable. However, what’s going to happen if people keep getting laid off and losing their homes? Will it be anarchy? Revolution? Crime? I’m like this, i’ll slide down a stripper pole before I lose my house. That’s just me. I will do what it takes to keep my child fed, clothed with a roof over her head.
So, what do you project the country will look like if things continue on like this, and what is a remedy you feel needs to be implemented now? Some of you will say FIRE OBAMA. OK. But then what?
As long as conservatives don’t get their way, very prosperous and finally regulated. You are fearful, which means the Republicans are doing their job. Don’t worry – GDP is up 5.7%, retailers across all categories posted an average profit growth of 9.1% last quarter which is the most in a decade, and the DOW is up 3000 points since Obama took office – you’ll be fine. Employers are going to be hiring more since consumer confidence has gone up and demand has gone up. This means you will be seeing many more jobs to meet that unexpected demand.
“The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism—ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power.” – Franklin D. Roosevelt
