Can a co-owner sell a vacant home without owner’s permission?
I am divorced and ex was supposed to pay mortgage but has instead let house go into foreclosure and has also filed bankruptcy on house and has not reaffirmed it is it legal for me to put it up for sale?
Better check with your lawyer, or lending institution. I think it depends on how the deed reads. You or Him or You and Him.
