free foreclosure advice
I need advice on property that is land locked.?
I am losing my home to foreclosure but have an additional piece of land behind home that is mine free and clear but its land locked.What can I do? Will it automatically go with foreclosed home or can I sell it to new owner? What if they dont want it? Im lost and cant afford a lawyer.
What i would do is grant a right of way from the rear property over my current property so that it just bacame unlandlocked and has a value. YOu will need a lawyer and probably zoning permission to do it.
