garnish wages foreclosure
my house is going on foreclosure I and my boyfriend have a heloc together what will happened to heloc?
what is he responsible for and what option he have. heloc was taken after home purchase. first loan is not fha.can they garnish his wages or put a lien on home that he own with no mortgage.
He still has to repay it, and yes, if he wants to pocket their money they will start seizing assets.
