home for sale midland tx
Which is the best bank to use when looking to finance first home purchase?
I am looking to buy my first house. I own a mobile home which I intend to sale for down payment. I have stable employment and average income. My credit score is around a 700 even. My family has outgrown the mobile home given to me in inheritance. I have banked several places and been dissapointed by large banks and their policies. I have been banking with a credit union for several years now. I really like my credit union. They have been helpfull in financing vehicles and helping me establish and improve my credit. The problem is that they dont offer larger loans or financing like I need for a home purchase. I’m looking to finance a home worth about $180,000, with $25,000 down. Which bank is best for this? I have had bad luck in the past with Wells Fargo so I dont want to do business with them! P.S. I live in Midland Tx,
I like credit unions and I’m shocked yours doesn’t do larger loans. If your family was in the military you could us USAA.. They are the best! You mentioned you have average income. I always encourage people to have a plan b, c, and d. I am looking for business oriented women (and men) who are ready to take charge of their financial situations. I work on the LEADERSHIP side of marykay and I have consultants all around the United States ( I live in GA). We are also in 3- countries. Only 2% of the company is in Leadership but our unit is recruiting heavily (we have the #1 unit). I would love to reserve a slot for you on a conference call to learn more. email me @beautifulyouare@marykay.com
