How do i access the Credit bureau india information for knowing my defaults list?
I was in business for 10yrs from 1991 to 2001 in India duriong which time i ran into heavy losses which resulted in my non payment of credit card , bank loans and home loan. However I later repaid my home loan and a bank loan as well.I still owe my credit card payment. I wish to go in for a settlement of the same. Is this payment going to set my record straight and gives me eligibility for future loans , in India. I am keen to know the list of defaults in my name , with the credit Bureau(India) to enable me to deal accordingly

If they agree may be they can get it from CIBIL and hand over to you. However I still do think that by replaying the loans you will improve your chances of getting another loan or getting any other type of credit.
