hotel foreclosures

Where can a low-income earner get financial advice?
Three years ago, I was a relatively high earner. 2 years ago my business partner of 17 years ripped me off of our entire software business. I hired a business attorney to represent me and eventually got the software I developed back and nothing else.
My wife unjustly blames me for everything and has had 2 affairs that I know about. I tried to keep the household afloat but between my attorney, wife and paying bills I went though my savings. I don’t have resources to adequately marketing the software I have the rights to.
I am currently living in our house (though she is seldom home), which is in foreclosure. I am currently working as a night auditor at a large hotel. I would like to move out and start over but I am living “paycheck to paycheck”.
From my experiences Financial Advisers usually deal with people who have money. Is there anyone who I can give me advice on using my current income the best way to turn things around?

Only because the planner deals more with the future needs of cash and investments to meet future needs. Your needs appear to be more along setting up a budget to meet your short term bill paying and personal cash utilization needs.
I would use and accountant, or look up budgeting on your search engine.
