The Value of My Home Continues To Drop. I Like My House And Have Put Lots of time Making it look very Elegant and class.I owe almost 500,. A house just like mine next block over just sold for 295,.I am finding it a little difficult making my payments on a 500, note. I dont know what to do, I have spoken with wacovia bank they told me their was nothing they could do the payment is set ! I live in Santa Barbara County, . the housing forecast states values will continue to decline for the next year or two. I would like to keep my home and avoid foreclosure. Where could I go for Help! Thanks,
I agree, I did a modification, to speed it up have all paper worked faxed and put in the mailed, fax all yours back and put in the mail back. Make sure you mention that house like yours and get a rate base on the value of the other house like yours, because if you tried to sell it the other house would determine you house values. Also I’ve know them to say no unless you were atleast 60 days behind in payments, since you want to stay think about it.
