houston foreclosure homes

Considering relocating…Nothing to lose or am I overlooking something?

38 year old female. Currently residing in CT(born and raised)…BS in Business Administration, unemployed since Feb 2010… home in foreclosure and credit is screwed at this point. I currently have 10k to my name and am considering relocating. I have family all over the country and am considering moving to Houston. I’ve been advised that the job market is pretty good there and I will more than likely be working in no time. At this point I feel I have nothing to lose… why not try it out. It may just turn my life around and give me and my son the peace of mind we are accustomed to. Unless, I am thinking a bit prematurely I really have nothing to lose. I’ve been wanting to relocate since the early 2000′s but could not bring myself to leaving my grandmother here in CT. However, she has since passed away and given the circumstance … Im thinking this may be my time.

Am I thinking clearly? Would you agree I should probably begin packing?

I would give it a shot why not? Your losing your home and going to have to move anyways!! Hire does your son feel about it? The only thing I woulda do different us apply for positions before you go. Not just in houston but other places you would like to live to see if u can land a job first! Good luck I’ve always wanted to pack up everything and move far away!!!
