Trustees sale notice not received -foreclosure auction scheduled?
Is it possible that somehow real estate companies find out about trustees sales before the owner of the property? How about before the notice is recorded? State of Arizona.
We haven’t received any notice from the bank yet and I cannot find it in public records, but we received multiple letters from real estate companies dated September 23 and one dated September 22 that our property will be foreclosed. One letter even gave a specific date and time of the scheduled auction, which is a little bit more than 90 days ahead.

Banks are working with these guys to get property moved. Possible; not sure it’s probable.
May have been a PUBLIC notice perhaps?
