Realtors, can you please explain if Execute Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure is stated in probate papers?

How is it when I looked up “this” property, and it said it was sold at $279,000?
How can that be when in Probate papers it names the Bank as the Grantee the deed was turned over to??

What’s with the bizarre quotes?

My guess would be that when the property transferred back to the bank, they had to record either the amount due on the mortgage as the sale price, or the market value of the home as the sale price.
