Foreclosure fraud in florida?

I fell into foreclosure fraud with JP Morgan. I am already in the stage of writ of possession but now they are having a second hearing I wanted to know what kind of motion I have to present in order to stop this foreclosure/eviction. I believe maybe a Motion to dismiss but I don’t exactly what I have to state in the motion please help.

Writ of Possession is pretty late in the process — it means the foreclosure sale has already happened, and the bank or a third party likely has a Certificate of Title to the property.

If there is anything to be done, you’ll need a lawyer to help you, and fast. Contact the (Orange, if you’re in Orlando) County Bar Association about a referral for foreclosure defense counsel. They should also be able to refer you to Legal Aid if you can’t afford an attorney.

If you really can show a fraud was perpetrated on the court though, you may not be subject to the usual time limits.

foreclosure bankruptcy florida

how much is a bankruptcy cost in orlando florida with a foreclosure, two repo, personal loans, and creditor?

For a married couple with both filing, about 5 grand. You can shop around for attorney fees. Not all attorneys charge the same fee. I’m guessing for a single person it would be about 1/2 that? Call up a few and ask what their fees are.
