what is the best way to utilize the U.S. Government against loosing my home to foreclosure?

They have credit counselors that will help you just have to look them up in your area/region.

If you have to go to foreclosure court there is something called “produce the note.” Where they, the mortgage company, have to produce the papers you signed and because most can’t right away its suppose to delay the process for foreclosure up to 3-4months. Which can give you time to get some of the mortgage paid off.

You can also look into principal reduction. But you have to go through a foreclosure lawyer for that it usually cost about 700-800$ for the lawyer to do the work. Good Luck.
