Is it a good time to buy houses?? cash??/ Miami FL?

well i got 200,000$ , i plan to buy in cash foreclosure and short sale houses,and rent them, apartments, townhouses, or efficiencies , i know that i got to pay tax yearly and maintain,but i see this like an investment for 3 years but im not sure about it . if i gonna have a lot of properties does my taxes increase? or is it better to create a company or just with my name what are the benefits and disadvantage.i don’t have an excellent credit but i prefer not to use it until i got a better credit,so the incomes of the rents would help me with my credit too

Well if you pay the home your buying in full , the rent income will be extra money for you. Just make sure your up to date with the HOA fees, homes insurance, and taxes. This will help you with your credit. I also think that this will be a long term investment like 5-10 years. The way the economy is and how south Florida has so many foreclosures I see the market being stronger by 2017!
