DOES BANKS COULD GIVE U A LIST OF FORECLOSURE HOMES ?
SPECIFICALLY WACHOVIA BANK OR ANYOTHERS ? OR ANY FREE WEBSITE WHERE I COULD DO IT MYSELF , USUALLY I LOOK ONLINE BUT I ALWAYS COME ACROSS W THE ONCE I HAVE TO PAY JUST TO GET A LISTING
Your options are:
– go to the HUD & FHA websites and investigate listings through the federal government.
– find a local real estate agent who specializes in foreclosures – if they specialize in foreclosures, they advertise that fact!
– if you are a good customer of a bank which services its own mortgage contracts, ask your branch manager for an introduction to someone in the REO department. If you do not have that sort of relationship with your bank, and that sort of money, the REO people do not want to waste their time meeting with you privately. Go back to steps 1 & 2.
What planet have you been on the past couple of months anyway? Wachovia went belly up weeks ago!
